7 Experts - 7 Tips - 7 Minutes. 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Hilton Greenville, 45 W. Orchard Park Dr., Greenville. Each panelist in this forum will have seven minutes to offer you one actionable tip that will highlight areas to focus on to save money, time or anxiety. This event will be moderated by Steve Bailey, Merus Refreshment Services and 2009 S.C. Small Business Person of the Year. Panelists to include: Anna Huntley, Small Business Administration; John Tully, Michelin Low Interest Loan Plan; J.B. Holeman, Upstate Carolina Angel Network (UCAN); George Long, Appalachian Council of Governments; Jim Rohrer, Independence National Bank; Paul Pickhardt, Carolina First and Greg Hilman, SC Launch! Cost: $20 for Chamber members who pre-register for lunch. You may attend at no cost with no lunch, but must register. Non-Chamber members: $40 with lunch, $20 no lunch - Must pre-register. Business before Hours. 7:30-9 a.m. at the Commerce Club of Greenville, 55 Beattie Place, Ste. 1700, Greenville. Business before Hours is a monthly breakfast networking event for Chamber members. Cost to attend is $7 for those who pre-register on-line or $10 at the door. Chamber Members who are also members of the Commerce Club can attend this event for $5. 2010 Economic Forecast. 8 a.m. at the USC Upstate Campus Life Center Ballroom, Spartanburg. Chamber members representing 12 sectors of the local economy provided input for the Economic Forecast. Featured speaker: Jay Bryson, director and global economist for Wells Fargo. Cost: $20 per person or $160 for a reserved table of 8.
