OnPoint Administrative Solutions, Inc. is now providing office management and support services at the Next Innovation Center in downtown Greenville.
OnPoint provides Next tenants with a variety of services, including receptionist and secretarial services, telecommunications and Internet access, facility management, shredding, conference room and audiovisual access, and more.
It is a sister company to OnPoint CFO & Controller Services, Inc., a growing outsourced financial services firm in the Upstate that provides financial support and leadership through CFO and controller services, accounting support, internal control assessments, budget planning and report design.
“We want to provide Next center tenants and other Upstate entities in need of a virtual office with full office amenities to allow them to concentrate on running and growing their businesses without all the headaches of running an office. In other words, we want business owners to focus on what they do best,” said OnPoint President Brian Clark.
The $10 million Next Innovation Center, at the intersection of Church Street and University Ridge, houses a variety of start-up entrepreneurial organizations and technology companies, Michelin Development Upstate, Next offices, and the Upstate Angel Investor Network. The 60,000-square-foot center was created by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, the city of Greenville, Hughes Development Corp. and Next LLC.
“We believe that providing our tenants with onsite, professional management will add tremendous value to their experience, allowing them to be more productive, creative and make the most of the environment,” said Bob Hughes, developer of the center. “The OnPoint team is committed to making this an environment where ideas are born, businesses flourish and innovation thrives – all unencumbered by the demands of day-to-day facility operations. We intend to make things as easy as possible for our tenants to be successful.”
