The Spinx Co. today announced the acquisition of 10 convenience retail stores from Enmark Stations Inc. The convenience stores are located in Greenville, Anderson, Williamston, Belton, Greenwood, Fountain Inn, Newberry, Lexington and Moncks Corner.
The company plans to re-brand these stores to the Spinx brand within the next three months. All 10 stores will remain open through the transition process.
“These stores are a great addition to our company and will allow Spinx to expand its product and brand offers to customers in some new areas while filling in important, existing markets,” said CEO Stewart Spinks.
With this acquisition, Greenville-based Spinx now owns and operates 74 convenience retail stores in North Carolina and South Carolina, including 24 food service locations and 33 car washes.
Enmark, based in Savannah, Ga., has convenience stores in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
