Dillard-Jones Builders LLC has moved its offices to Suite A at 101-B Regency Commons Drive in Greer. The new space also houses the offices of Dillard-Jones Renovations LLC, a sister company of Dillard-Jones Builders.

Established in 2004, Dillard-Jones Builders specializes in custom residential construction ranging from the $500,000 to more than $2 million. A member of Southern Living Custom Builder Program since 2006, Dillard-Jones Builders was named 2009 Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year – the first South Carolina homebuilder to win the national award.

The company also is a member of The Cliffs Signature Services.

This year, Dillard-Jones Builders will present the 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home, a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design project for homes. The 3,971-square-foot ‘green’ home now under construction in the Claremont community of Greenville will open to the public on Nov. 5.
