With the addition of Huntington Foam Corp., the Caliber Ridge building in Greer is now at 100% occupancy.
Huntington Foam will occupy 81,000 square feet of space later this year. The company provides foam-packaging products for the automotive, electronics, medical, chemical, pharmaceutical and consumer appliance industries.
Liberty Property Trust’s Caliber Ridge building offers 126,000 square feet of multi-tenant industrial space located near Interstate 85 and Highway 101, opposite the entrance to BMW Manufacturing Co.
“Caliber Ridge Industrial Park's excellent proximity to I-85, directly between Greenville and Spartanburg, offers tenants a highly central location for distribution," said Massie Flippin, vice president and city manager for Liberty’s Carolinas region. "We are very pleased that our tenants in this park recognize and value these strengths, and we look forward to serving Huntington Foam at 125 Caliber Ridge Drive for years to come."
Marcus Cornelius and Todd Younghans with Coppedge & Tison Commercial Real Estate represented Liberty.
