Spartanburg-based Waldrop Inc. named Johnny Leazer CFO and Dennis Pruitt and Jamie Porterfield executive vice presidents.

“The promotions of Dennis, Jamie and Johnny are the final steps that complete the implementation of the company’s management and ownership succession plan,” said President and CEO Bill Caldwell. “These enhancements to our leadership team will better position the firm for long-term growth, ownership stability and business continuity in the future.”

Pruitt will lead Waldrop’s day-to-day commercial and industrial construction operations.

Porterfield will continue to oversee major commercial and industrial construction projects along with leading the firm’s solar business unit and providing leadership to help grow Waldrop’s residential and service capabilities.

Leazer, who has worked in the construction industry for 25 years, will have complete responsibility for the firm’s financial matters.

Waldrop is the holding company for Waldrop Mechanical Services, Waldrop Heating & Air Conditioning and Waldrop Solar Solutions.

Founded in 1970, Waldrop has offices in Spartanburg and Greenville.
