Exopack, the Spartanburg-based developer and manufacturer of packaging and coatings, named Miles McHugh CFO to replace Dave Ziegler, who held the position in the interim since November.

McHugh previously served as executive vice president and CFO for R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., a global integrated communications solutions provider based in Chicago. He also has held financial positions at Mirant Corp., California Energy Co., Westpac Banking Corp. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

“Miles’ experience in all aspects of financial reporting and accounting, strategic financial leadership and his acute understanding of today’s financial markets will prove extremely valuable as Exopack continues on a path of sustainable growth,“ said Chris Ragot, Exopack’s CEO. “We look forward to having Miles on our leadership team and leveraging his expertise.”

Exopack operates 18 production facilities across North America and the United Kingdom.
