The YMCA of Greenville announced that Zack Hall has been hired as the executive director at the George I. Theisen Family YMCA in Travelers Rest.

Hall previously served as executive director of the YMCA in Frankfort, Ky. Hall has worked full time for the YMCA organization since 2001.

The Greenville Y also hired Brandon Gilmore as sports and wellness coordinator for Travelers Rest. Gilmore previously spent three years as the sports director at the Henderson County Family YMCA in Hendersonville, N.C. He was captain of the soccer team his senior year at North Greenville University and graduated in 2009.
