The Cliffs Communities plans to put its corporate headquarters in its new downtown Greenville office.

The Cliffs Communities leased a 3,229-square-foot office at 22 S. Main St. in downtown Greenville. The office will house its executive staff and marketing team.

Information about their clubs and available properties will be available at this new location. Sales teams will operate out of offices at their respective community.

Lee & Associates-Greenville represented both the owner, B&B Properties LLC, and the lessee, Urbana C3 LLC, in this lease transaction.

The Cliffs Communities is a collection of seven communities in the Upstate and the mountains of Asheville. It is recently under new operation and management by a formed partnership, including The Carlile Group, Suntx Urbana and Arendale Holdings.
