Lockheed Martin Logistic Services Inc. of Greenville is being awarded a $44.65 million contract for an aircraft division of the Naval Air Warfare Center.
The indefinite delivery and quantity contract is for prototyping, non-recurring engineering, fabrication, installation, integration, testing, debugging, technical support services, documentation and maintenance.
The work will be performed for the aircraft avionics systems, ground systems and laboratory electronic and electromechanical equipment for presidential helicopter and executive transport programs of the center’s Avionics Architecture and Systems Engineering Division.
The work will be performed in Patuxent River, Md. It is expected to be completed in June 2017.
