She’ll also continue working with the county’s community planning and development office.

Ferguson, a Greenwood native, is a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg. She joined Greenville County staff in 2006 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. She has extensive experience in long-range planning with a specialization in research. She is currently Greenville County’s demographic and market research analyst.
“Brooke’s experience in planning, and her proven success working with municipalities, utilities and other community stakeholders will provide GADC a valuable service,” said Jerry Howard, president and CEO of the GADC. “Proper site selection and evaluation is vital in attracting new or expanding current industrial development in the Greenville area. Brooke’s expertise in this area will greatly benefit our team.”
GADC is a nonprofit organization established by Greenville County Council to promote and enhance the economic growth and development of Greenville County.
