The conference will feature details of small modular reactor projects and more than $100 billion of commercial programs from South Carolina Electric and Gas Co., Duke Energy and other utilities, he said.

The meeting will feature tips on how to participate in the $130 billion nuclear supply chain by unveiling new commercial opportunities, he added.

Other highlights include:

  • A detailed small modular reactor market analysis and forecast to see where and when deployment projects will happen and which utilities need partners.
  • More than 40 senior utility executives will detail projects at V.C. Summer, Vogtle, Turkey Point, Levy, Lee, Shearon Harris, Blue Castle Project and others.
  • The latest government construction programs at Department of Energy sites, which will inject more than $26 billion into the industry.
  • More than 400 new-generation decision makers are expected to attend over the two-day conference.
