The Bristol Apartments, formerly known as Crossroads Apartments, is located 1.5 miles from downtown Greenville. Renovations of the 258-unit development will include new exterior facades, balconies, windows and doors, landscapes, and a clubhouse and pool. The interiors will also be renovated.

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church is building a new elementary school to house kindergarten through sixth grade. Features include smart classrooms, a gymnasium, art room, library, cafeteria and an administration wing for offices.

SEW Eurodrive is building a new 160,000-square-foot assembly facility for heavy industrial gear drives. The structural steel frame is designed to accommodate top running cranes from 5 to 25 tons. The manufacturer also is building a 38,000-square-foot, two-story office building.

                      Abbeville

The former Abbeville Hospital is being converted into a new administration office complex for Abbeville County. This project consolidates 17 county departments, which previously were spread among six buildings, into one facility that includes tax, administration and permitting, and the veterans’ administration, among other departments. The two-story, 1960s-vintage structure, is approximately 45,000 square feet.

Big O Dodge added a 6,400-square-foot parts building and a new 32,000-square-foot roof also covering its showroom. A renovated office and showroom includes the addition of a children’s area, a new entry and new Chrysler arch in the front.
