| 150 Finch Road, SEW Eurodrive is building a new 160,000-square-foot assembly facility for heavy industrial gear drives. The structural steel frame is designed to accommodate top running cranes from 5 to 25 tons. The manufacturer also is building a 38,000-square-foot, two-story office building. Greenwood St., The former Abbeville Hospital is being converted into a new administration office complex for Abbeville County.
