Upstate Under Construction provides a sample of projects recently completed or currently under construction in the Upstate. This feature is published quarterly in GSA Business to highlight investment and economic activity.

| 150 Finch Road, SEW Eurodrive is building a new 160,000-square-foot assembly facility for heavy industrial gear drives. The structural steel frame is designed to accommodate top running cranes from 5 to 25 tons. The manufacturer also is building a 38,000-square-foot, two-story office building.
