A Columbia developer is seeking approval to build a multifamily housing development in Greenville.
Landwood Ridge Apartments LLC proposed a large-scale renovation of the current development at 200 McAlister Road in Greenville to build 48 units on 2.6 acres, according to city documents.
The development would be built along South Pleasantburg Drive near McAlister Square.
Landwood Ridge Apartments LLC, a division of Columbia-based United Housing Associates Inc., applied with the city of Greenville Planning Commission for a land development permit to build a multifamily residential development.
The property is currently zoned C-3, for a regional commercial district.
