Business Growth Workshop
Tri-County Technical College and the S.C. Manufacturing Extension Partnership planned a workshop to help businesses launch new products, expand into new markets and develop marketing plans. The workshop will include presentations, demonstrations and one-on-one breakout sessions. Wednesday, 7:30 a.m. to noon. Minority Business Enterprise Summit
The Carolinas Minority Supplier Development Council will host its sixth annual MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) Summit. Check out the agenda. Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Greenville Marriot, 1 Parkway East, Greenville. Costs $50 per MBE individual or $75 per corporate individual. Register.

Greer Chamber speed networking event
The Greer Chamber and its Leads Group will host this event in which participants will have the opportunity to talk with a different person about their business every two minutes. This event is a way to build relationships with potential customers. Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Village at Pelham Community Center, 250 Westmoreland Road, Greer. Creating a Homegrown Workforce
GSA Business hosts a Power Hour event where panelists will discuss the Upstate’s workforce development needs that are crucial to attract business and spur economic development in the region. Tri-County Technical College President Ronnie Booth, Upstate SC Alliance President and CEO Hal Johnson and Bosch Rexroth Vice President Mike McCormick will be the panelists. December Toast ‘n Topics
