Spartanburg-based Pacolet Milliken Enterprises Inc. said it acquired a 12-story building in Rosslyn, Va., across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C.

“Property in these cities is at a premium, as virtually no undeveloped or unprotected land still exists in the Washington, D.C. area,” Pacolet Milliken President Richard Webel said in a news release. “We are thrilled to own a property in such a historically and culturally significant area.”
Pacolet Milliken Enterprises is a private, family-owned investment company founded in 2007 by the shareholders of Milliken & Co. of Spartanburg.
