Anytime Fitness is set to open March 15. The 5,200-square-foot gym will occupy the entire ground floor of the apartment development in downtown Greenville.
The gym will provide one free membership per 100 East apartment, valid for the length of the tenant’s lease term, and memberships for a fee to the public.
100 East is the Davis Property Group’s newest apartment development in downtown Greenville, located at the intersection of Washington and Main streets. It opened in August and is fully leased. Rents start at $1,030.
The seven-story development includes a rooftop swimming pool; six floors containing 48 residential units; and an arcade area leading from the parking garage to the building.
Davis Property Group also developed McBee Station off McBee Avenue in downtown Greenville, and is currently working on revitalizing the Crossroads Apartments on Cleveland Street near Faris Road in Greenville.
